Our vision is to be a strong regional player in the Gulf of Guinea oil and gas
services industry based on the highest international standards.

ACM of Nigerian Limited is committed to providing quality products and services
that meet or exceed customer requirements and expectations and continual
improvement of our quality management system.

This policy provides the framework for our planning activities, setting and
reviewing of quality objectives and targets, management of operations,
training of employees and relationship with suppliers.

ACM management is committed to excellence and strives to ensure that it's
quality policy is communicated, understood and implemented and maintained
at all levels and functions of the organization and is periodically reviewed for
continuing suitability.

HISTORY
1964: IPRASCO S.A. (Industrial Petroleum Research and Services Company)
forms ACM of Nigeria at the invitation of SHELL-BP. Sole Integrated Machine
shop for the oil industry in Nigeria.

1979: Nigerian government indigenization decree – ACM cedes 36% to NNPC
(national oil company).

1991: SEC approved capitalization program: (Shareholding structure changes
– IPRASCO: 77%; NNPC: 21%).

2002: Restructuring to re-position for the future – appointment of new
management at ACM of Nigeria and commencement of modernization program.

2004: Winning of 3-Years Gaslift Compressor Stations’ Maintenance Contract
with Shell Nigeria (Production Land Area West). ACM is associated with SPIE
for this GMC.

2005: Platform rehabilitation and Corrosion control – cathodic protection
contracts for Total Nigeria.

2006:
  • Winning of contract to run Shell LNG Gas Supply Plant (LGSP)
    Maintenance Workshop, SOKU.
  • Partnership for Wellhead services, Tools Rental & Directional Drilling,
    Marine Logistics & Accommodation.
  • Development of ACM Oil Centre for integrated services.
  • Appointed Sole Agent for CAMERON COMPRESSION Systems (formerly
    Cooper Compression) in Nigeria.
  • Appointment of Dr. S.M. Kewa and Chief Dr. G.E. Oni-Edigin to represent
    NNPC on ACM Board of Directors

2007:
  • Winning of machine shop services contract from Nigerian Agip Oil
    Company (ENI Group)
  • Installation of  ISO 9001:2000 QMS prior to certification in May 2007


Staff Strength:
    The company currently employs more than 100 staff evenly distributed
    between Port Harcourt in the Eastern Niger Delta and Warri in the West.
    The staff strength is anticipated to grow to 500 in the next 3 years as
    we implement our growth strategies in the areas of offshore fabrication
    and deep offshore support services.

PRESS RELEASE

New Contracts awarded to ACM by

Nigeria.

September 2006: ACM was  
selected as the successful
contractor to provide
maintenance
services at
the SHELL Petroleum's
LNG Gas Supply Plant (LGSP) SOKU
for 1 year.

January 2007: ACM has been
selected with 2 other international
companies to
provide machine
shop services
to Nigerian Agip Oil
Corporation (NAOC)
. The contract
will last
for 2 years.
