Corporate Overview
- ACM of Nigeria is the largest machine shop in the Gulf of Guinea
(Sub-Saharan Africa) dedicated solely for Oil and Gas support
services.
- Founded in 1964 by IPRASCO (Industrial Petroleum Research
Company) of France, the Nigerian National Petroleum
Corporation (NNPC) acquired minority shares in the company in
1979. ACM became a 100% Nigerian company following the
acquisition of IPRASCO's shares by Nigerian investors in 2002.
- ACM offers services to the major oil and gas exploration and
production companies as well as the services sector of the
Nigeria Oil & Gas industry.
